This lovely little girl was a Flower Girl at my daughter's wedding. The dress is fully lined and has a crinoline built in. Not shown (actually not made in time for this fitting) is the burgundy satin sash with a detachable bow and the little white furry knit capelet. At the last minute another Flower Girl was added and we reversed the colors to burgundy dress, pink sash/bow and matching white capelet. I'm still trying to get a photo of the two of them together. And to give credit where credit is due, the other Flower Girl's grandmother made her dress.
