This is a Layered Wrap Skirt. The under layer is a white crepe fabric where the hems have been accented with white on white decorative stitching and the bottom hem has the addition of aquamarine glass beads that show thru the over layer of the skirt. The over layer is a floral print chiffon with rolled hems. The waistband is a blue cotton fabric highlighted with more decorative stitching. The skirt is designed with an extended under apron to prevent unattractive splitting when you sit. The waistband has a series of 3 large snaps to securely keep it wrapped around your waist.
