I designed this ensemble for a design competition. Over 100 hours later I had created a reversible (black or red) cocktail length dress that has a detachable ruffle panel that can also be worn as a skirt.

There are 5 distinct looks to this ensemble! The ruffled panel is made from almost 4000 inches of fabric gathered into 804 inches of ruffle attached in staggered layers. Fun to make, but believe me, this will be one of a kind!
